Man Shot In Drive-By Shooting In Burien

BURIEN – A 20-year old SeaTac man was seriously injured in a drive-by shooting in the 16700 block of Ambaum Blvd. South early Sunday morning.

The 20-year-old SeaTac man was shot in the driveway outside a home just before 3 a.m. Sunday morning.

Sheriff’s detectives said there was a party at the house earlier in the night. They said there was a disturbance at the house, though police were not called.

Detectives did not elaborate on the details of the disturbance, but said they believe the shooting may be related to the incident.

The unidentified man was hit at least once. Detectives believe six to ten shots were fired.

He was taken to Harborview Medical Center where his condition is unknown.

Detectives have been questioning those who attended the party for clues into the case. No arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
