My Alaska Airlines Dec. 21st flight to Seattle (from San Jose) was canceled last night. Mine was one of 47 flights canceled at that time. It was very difficult to get through to Alaska, the recorded message said they couldn't handle my call and suggested going online. When I went online, it could not process a change and told me to call. I finally got through via phone and was put on hold for 1 3/4 hours before I talked to an airline representative. She was, however, able to reschedule me on a flight for the following day.

My flight to Seattle was supposed to take off at 7:00 this morning (Dec. 21st) and we got a call at 4 am from a recorded message saying our flight was completely canceled. We were told there was a very slim chance of re-booking, so our whole trip to Idaho has been canceled and we're just staying home in Fresno for Christmas. You're so blessed to have been able to reschedule.
