Fereti has been a successful lifestyle and fitness consultant since 1994 specializing in weight loss management, functional training and body sculpting. He has an extensive international fitness background, having worked at the â€œLes Mills Clubâ€ in Auckland, N.Z & the â€œRecreation Health Clubâ€ in Melbourne, Australia. Fereti is passionate about creating a positive experience for each client based on their individual goals. He believes that consistency is paramount in achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Jan believes strongly that â€œexercise is medicineâ€.Â Her goal is to help others get into and stay in shape so that they can enjoy an excellent quality of life and health into a â€œripe old ageâ€.Â As an older adult, Jan understands the numerous benefits that can be reaped from a regular exercise program, and how important these are to leading a life that is active and fun.Â She is an advocate of programs with variety that are tailored to the individual so that people are attaining new levels of fitness while engaged in activities they enjoy and can maintain.Â In the past few years, she has added resistance training to her workouts to increase her cardiovascular health, bone density and strength to get another 20 yards out of those golf drives!

Karen is passionate about fitness and living a well balanced life.Â She has been involved in fitness for 15 years and a personal trainer for the past 4 years.Â Karen understands the emotional side of obesity as well as its challenges, having lost 85lbs herself and has kept it off for 10 years.Â Karen is also a type II diabetic and has dealt with the ups & downs of this disease and knows what it takes to stay healthy nutritionally.Â She believes that â€œmaking a lifestyle changeâ€ is the key to health & wellness and does this with understanding, her personality, and making fitness fun!Â She approaches personal training with â€œFunctional Trainingâ€, a program based upon every day living such as dealing with balance, stability, core, mobility & flexibility.

Rueben has been involved in the fitness industry since 1989.Â He worked for 8 years in a medically based fitness center with services such as cardiac/pulmonary rehab, physical therapy, diabetic rehab, sports medicine clinic, and weight management classes.Â He enjoys the challenge of working with different people.Â Rueben believes that you should never stop learning about all aspects of â€œoptimalâ€ health and that exercise can and should grow into a fundamental expression of onesâ€™ zest of life and passion for fulfillment.
