Oktoberfest returned to Burien this weekend, with three full days of live entertainment, food, crafts, a carnival with rides, B-Town’s own professional Yodeler Manuela Horn (who will return next weekend as her alter ego, the “Yodeling Dominatrix” for the first-ever Brat Trot). and plenty of fun for kids of all ages.

    We as a community, really owe a big debt of thanks to Dane Johnson and Kathy Justin, for allowing the carnival to be held at the B/IAS. These two worked very hard on the B/IAS project, and every event held in Burien This Year has seemed to be centered around it. Too Bad it is going away. It is a great open space for Burien
