Saturday (March 27) had temps in the low 60s, occasionally “scattered sunny skies,” and a smattering of colorful sailboats cruising past Burien en route to the turnaround at the Three Tree Point Yacht Club buoy.

Far as we could tell, this race was part of the “SLAM Center Sound Series” sponsored by the Corinthian Yacht Club, and included 13 different classes and between 35–50 boats. It appears that the race started out of Shilshole Bay at the CYC’s Marina.
