From our “Well That’s Not Surprising” and “It’s About Time” departments comes word from our friends at KIRO News that two people have been busted on prostitution charges for running three “massage parlors,” including Bamboo Sauna, located at 14021 Ambaum Blvd. SW in Burien.

KIRO says that Burien residents Tham Nguyen, 48, and Suong Tran, 51, were arrested Thursday, April 22 by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.

They face charges of “conspiracy to transport individuals in furtherance of prostitution and conspiracy to engage in money laundering,” ICE said.

According to court documents, Nguyen and Tran operated three alleged massage parlors:

  • Bamboo Sauna, in Burien
  • Fantasy Health Spa, in Kirkland
  • Sauna Relax Station, in Auburn

Documents also said they operated three similar businesses in California, as well as a legal brothel in Nevada.
