Highline High’s Class Of 1970’s 40th Reunion Is Saturday, Sept. 18th

Highline High School’s Class of 1970 is holding its 40th reunion on Saturday, Sept. 18th beginning at 5:30pm at Azteca Restaurant in Burien, and they want all former Pirates of that era to know about it.

1970 was a different era for sure – the Vietnam War, President Nixon, “hippies,” sex, drugs & rock n’roll, and of course, newfangled color TV sets where you had to actually get up out of your chair to change the channels, most likely to one of five or so stations that came in (anyone out there remember “Laugh-In”?).

There will be a $20 buffet dinner and “catch up” with friends from the past, and attendees can send a check for said amount made out to “HHS40” to:
