City Of Burien Holding Blood Drive On Wednesday, Nov. 10th

The City of Burien will be hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, Nov. 10th, from 10am – 3pm in the 1st Floor Conference Room at City Hall, and guess what? They’re seeking donors!

    For decades I regularly gave my valuable Type O until they refused to accept it because of not enough iron. Iron pills, always have and still do eat liver and spinach…but I gave up. Guess they don’t need blood as much as they say they do.

    Eat a hamburger or some spinach then go donate. The minimum required iron in your blood is for you, not them. Low iron points to possible anemia. Don`t give up giving blood though.
