A scholarship fund? I thought this Tree Hugging Camp was paid for by taxpayers?

The camp is owned, and supported by the Highline School District, but everyone is required to pay a fee to attend the camp. I think it is over $200 each child, and even more if you do not live, or attend School in the Highline School District. It sounds like they are putting this event on to help ensure everyone can go regardless of ability to pay.
