When advertiser Dr. Yael Kantor designed her new Wellness Center it was imperative that it have a workout room. A place for her patients to grown stronger and straighter. She turned to her friend Charles Smith to manage the exercise programs of her patients and staff.

A History major, Charles is a certified personal trainer, CPR certified, has four years of personal training experience and more than 12 years of personal fitness experience.This twice weekly class will meet at Seahurst Chiropractic and Wellness Center’s gym at 15811 Ambaum Blvd. in Burien.
