PHOTOS: Late Snow Blankets Burien

Although later than originally scheduled, snow did finally put in an appearance over Burien. Fearful that the rains would come and wash it all away by morning, photographer Michael Brunk rushed over to Town Square, giddy like a small child contemplating a snow day.

His official weather report indicated that conditions were “Cold and wet. And a bit windy. At one point, I couldn’t feel my fingers. Things were slippery too.”

Clearly he’s a photographer, not a meteorologist.

In any case, he made it safely back to the office and produced a few photos of Burien Town Square and the surrounding area frosted with snow at night.
