We’d like to welcome new advertiser, Bradley Hawthorne, Sales Manager of Prudential Northwest Realty. Bradley started his real estate career in September of 2001, and joined Prudential in January 2003.

A life-long Highline area resident, Bradley grew up in Normandy Park. He is a graduate of Highline High School. His sons Donovan and Thomas both graduated from Highline as well. Thomas is currently serving a four-year commitment to the Army.

Bradley raised his family in Burien, then moved to Des Moines a few years back. He has strong ties to both communities, as well as his home town of Normandy Park. Over the years he’s been Past President of Burien Little League, Past President of the Burien Lions, coached soccer, baseball and basketball. He’s also served on the board of Discover Burien and is now President of Destination Des Moines.

Now starting his 9th year with Prudential Northwest, we asked Bradley “why Prudential?” He answered “Prudential offers me a world recognized branded logo and a locally trusted name. Prudential is a Fortune 100 firm. They believe in giving back to the community through supporting our local food banks and other community outreaches and are the most advanced real estate company in the area. They stick to true old fashion core home values that I also believe in. ”

Bradley is currently licensed as a Managing Real Estate Broker and presently working for Prudential Northwest Realty as a Sales Manager. He has been recognized as a “Million Dollar” producer for the past eight years and has been awarded the President Circle, the Gibraltar Circle and the Leading Edge award for his outstanding customer service and sales achievements. Bradley was also recognized in the Montclair 2008–2009 edition of The Who’s Who in Real Estate™.

This past summer he was elected President of Destination Des Moines. Bradley hopes to help make the City of Des Moines a Destination, by bringing back past events, helping to improve current events, and bringing in new events. He plans on assisting the local merchants and the local government to revitalize the Marina district and helps to make Des Moines a business friendly community.

When Bradley is not working in the real estate business and volunteering for various community events, he enjoys fishing, golfing, wine tasting at CorkyCellars, and eating out at his favorite restaurants throughout SW King County.

If you need a recommendation on a good place to eat, or better yet, if you need to sell or buy a house and need a passionate, highly qualified and knowledgeable realtor to help you, give Bradley Hawthorne a call at 206-605-0234.
