Please welcome our latest Advertisers, Chuck and Lisa Tuman, local real estate agents who work out of the Burien Windermere office!

While they love watching the fast-growing communities of the Southend, they have helped people buy and sell homes from Marysville to the north and Steilacoom and Gig Harbor to the south.

The Tumans are retired school administrators from the Highline School District. They have remained active in the community as trustees of the Highline Schools Foundation for Excellence and devoted many hours to other community activities such as the Brat Trot and the Cove to Clover to benefit other local organizations. They love to help clients realize their dream of buying a home (and sometimes the dream of selling one). They love the business and truly enjoy working with folks of all ages.

Here’s more about the Tumans:

Professional Integrity:
After 40 years of combined experience educating the children of this community, we demonstrate the same caring and professional integrity in the real estate market. We don’t sell ‘real estate,’ we help people realize their dreams about homes. We will educate you through every step of the purchase or sale of your home.

We communicate regularly and in a variety of manners. We relentlessly provide service. There is no job too big or too small for us. Our honesty and dedication will be evident to you as you reach your goals.

Expert Representation:
Real Estate transactions require effective negotiation skills. We work for mutual agreement and satisfaction for everyone involved. We diligently represent and protect your interests. For four years in a row we have been selected as “Five Star Realtors” by Seattle Magazine. We believe we earned that honor.

Knowledge of Our Area:
We have extensive personal knowledge of the recreational areas, neighborhoods, schools and businesses in Greater Seattle. We are excited about the revitalization in our communities. Let us help you get acquainted with the rich diversity and marvelous opportunities in our area.

They are also very active in the community:

  • Chuck is the President Elect of the Highline School Foundation Board of Directors
  • Lisa is the 2011 Brat Trot Race Organizer
  • They were the first sponsors of the 2011 Cove to Clover.
