Three Tree Point Naturalist Fred Feiertag sent us the following photos, of some interesting wildlife he spotted in his neighborhood Friday morning (April 1st).
Previously, residents of the area have spotted a Golden Pheasant, numerous bald eagles, sea lions and their pups, but we’d have to say this is perhaps the most unusual sighting we’ve heard of (or seen) so far.
Here’s what Fred had to say:
With folks reporting animal sightings around Three Tree Point, I thought this might be of interest.
This morning while walking my cat I came across the critter in the attached pictures.
Not sure if he is a native species but just in case I decided to leave him alone.
I hope he is still around for the TTP Fireworks party.

Than’s Alec Ghatur. I met him at a couple hearings. He is the Three Tree Point public access committee chairman.
Who’s going to believe this on April fools?
Hey!! Be nice… that’s my mother in-law!!!
Isn’t that the mascot of the Gregory Seahurst Swim Club? After all the teams are “The Gators”……
It belongs to Torrence and Norma, they like exotic animals. Norma said that he’s fully trained and keeps the raccoons at bay, the downfall it that he won’t stop getting into the cats food.
Weird, I have often walked my overweight cat “Cheeto” around TTP area and haven’t seen him…
Here, Kitty, Kitty, Kitty !
I think it is a third level supervisor
