Get Free Advice At Four Burien Master Gardener Clinics In April

With the recent wet spring weather (was that snow the other night?), and the subsequent blooming that’s  happening or about to happen, it’s likely that you’ve got some questions about your garden, lawn or yard.

Did you know that there are some local “Master Gardeners” with gardening and pest control expertise who can answer your questions for no charge?

These free clinics are offered at either BTB Advertiser Herr Backyard Garden Center or the main Burien Library on Saturdays during April.

The clinics are conducted by volunteer experts who are all trained by Washington State University.

Saturday, April 16
Burien Master Gardener Clinic- 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., at Herr Garden Center, 107 SW 160th Street, Burien.
Get answers to general gardening questions, learn about proper plant selection, bring a sample of a diseased plant for diagnosis and treatment recommendations, and have an insect identified. Learn the least toxic ways to treat diseases and pests.
This service is free.

Saturday, April 23
Burien Master Gardener Clinic- 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., at Herr Garden Center, 107 SW 160th Street, Burien.
