Burien’s Hi-Liners Holding Auditions For ‘Willy Wonka Jr.,’ ‘Chicago’

Burien’s Hi-Liners will be holding auditions for the DownStage Center production of “Willie Wonka, Jr.” on April 21 and April 23, and for the Mainstage production of “Chicago, the Musical” on April 30 and May 1.

“The Willy Wonka Jr. auditions is for young people ages 7 to 15, and the Chicago ones are for young actors ages 11 to 22,” reads a press release.

No experience is necessary.

“Willy Wonka Jr.” rehearsals will run June 25 – July 15, Shows July 15, 16, 17, at the Burien Annex. Visit www.hi-liners.org for details and to sign up for an audition time.

Theater Classes:
Registration is now open for The Hi-Liners summer theatre camps held at the Burien Annex. DownStage Center Theatre Camps provide a full week of fun and adventure in the  theatre arts. Also, they have a show coming up in May – Disney’s “101 Dalmations Kids.” This one act Downstage Center production features actors ages 7 to 12. Performances are May 6, 7, 13, 14, and 15 at the Burien Annex. Seating is limited.
