Highline School District Holding Public Workshops To Discuss Budget Cuts

The Highline School District will be holding two public workshops to discuss budget cuts on Thursday, May 19th and Saturday, May 21st.

“The staff, students, parents, and the community are encouraged to participate in two upcoming workshops to learn the latest on the impact of state funding cuts and give input on district budget priorities,” reads an announcement on the HSD website.

Here are the details:

WHAT: Highline School District’s public workshops to discuss budget cuts

WHEN/WHERE: The meetings will be:

  • Thursday, May 19: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Cedarhurst Elementary School
  • Saturday, May 21: 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Midway Elementary School

Interpreters will be available.
