“OWN Your own TURN KEY Business ~ CURVES – $245000 (Normandy Park)” reads the ad’s headline.
“Wouldn’t you like to own a business that you could leave town, go on vacation, and know your employees ran the “shop” like you were never gone? This is your chance!” reads the ad, which lists the price at “$245,000 (somewhat negotiable).”
The Ad  continues:
“This franchise has close to 500 members and continues to grow each month.
