With its eclectic mix of retail and eateries, Olde Burien has positioned itself as a place to “Sip, Stroll and Shop.”

But by mid-July, that phrase may have to be rewritten to say “Sip, Stroll, Shop and Buy a House”!

Our real estate partner Prudential Northwest Realty is on the move! They are moving back to their original location in Olde Burien at the corner of 10th SW and SW 152nd, in the spot where John L. Scott has been for the past few years.

“I’m over the moon excited to be back in Olde Burien! It feels like we’re coming home,” said PNW’s Broker/Branch Manager Lori Alden. Lori’s planning on new paint, a repaved parking area, and new landscaping complete with window boxes. “It’s going to be beautiful!” she added. PNW will be in their new digs by mid-July, with a planned grand opening Open House on July 20th. Northwest Mortgage will be moving with them as well.

In the meantime, you can find your Prudential Realtors in their current location at 127th SW 156th.

John L. Scott vacated the space over the weekend to move down the street to their new location at 826 SW 152nd (formerly the Card Bar).

“The space is really good for us and it gives us an Olde Burien presence,” Tony Hettler, Owner/Broker of JLS told The B-Town blog. He also reminded us that JLS remains the only independently-owned office still maintaining a two-office presence in SW King County. Their other office is in Des Moines.

John L. Scott Realty has moved into the space formerly occupied by The Card Bar, at 826 SW 152nd.
