A brand new seafood restaurant and nightclub will be opening soon in the former Twiggs Sports Bar & Grill location, at SW 128th and Ambaum Blvd. SW in Burien.
Authenticity will reign supreme at Fiesta Del Mar.
“This is not going to be your typical rice and beans place,” co-owner Sal Hernandez told The B-Town Blog. “Our cook is coming straight from Mexico.”
Sal and business partner José Baries are putting the finishing touches on the remodel of the property, as well as the menu.
“We will specialize in scallops, oysters, lobsters and crab,” Sal said.
Look for music and darts and more.
They’ll be officially opening in early July. Keep your eyes open for a “special grand opening party!”

It was also the Bull Pen II for quite a while
Looking forward to a new business in our area. Good luck!
Mmmmmm… Crab. We need a good seafood place in Burien. Can’t wait to try it out.
Why am I not surprised? Ha Ha and our cook is straight from Mexico that was funny!!!
Hopefully the patrons will be a little better behaved than the ones who patronized the former businesses at this location.
Good luck ‘Fiesta Del Mar’. The community could use a reputable place there!
I’ve seen their “OPEN” sign lit up, and they have a sign out saying that they’re (also) open for lunch – has anyone been yet? What’s their menu like?
Unfortunately they don’t have a web site up yet…
Had lunch here today and thought it was quite good. As the owner said, this is far from your standard Mexican joint. Exclusively seafood (and not cheap), the food is light and flavors sharp. The shrimp ceviche and shrimp fajitas were particularly good.
