While the day started out like any typical, miserable, rainy November day (even though it’s the middle of July!), by mid-afternoon the sun was shining, things were drying up and people started showing up to the annual Olde Burien Block Party, which took place on a closed SW 152nd on Saturday, July 16th.

Live bands, hot dog and ice cream eating contests, beer gardens, outdoor seating, a live wedding and what we believe to be Burien’s first-ever Flash Mob (video coming soon) kept things interesting and lively.
