I thought that our criminal element knew to stay out of N.P.
I love the police chiefs response, live in fear, live in fear! Lock everything! Don’t use your mailbox anymore! Live in fear!
How did we ever get to this point?
At least the criminals are realizing that the real money is in NP, maybe they will leave Burien alone for awhile. Probably not though.
Live in fear! The criminals rule the streets!
How did we ever get to this point?
I would actually prefer if the idiots who leave their cars and houses unlocked, keep doing so. They provide the “low hanging fruit”, for the criminals that keeps my property safe.
Our mail-box was open along with about 30 others along SW 170th Street and 26th Ave SW and along Marine View Drive between 21st Avenue and 30th Avenue SW. I saw mail on the ground everywhere today, Friday, January 13th.
I called the Burien Police Non-Emergency Dispatch Line to report the stolen mail and they wouldn’t document all the rampage last night due to the fact that I can’t site any specific mail stolen from my box. If you’re box was broken into and you are missing mail, you need to call 206-296-3311 and mention it is a non-emergency.
