KING5.com is reporting that a 17-year-old SeaTac girl died of stab wounds early Saturday (March 17), and that a 17-year old boy has been arrested and charged with her murder.

Police say that, shortly before 3 a.m., officers responded to an apartment in the 11600 block of 42nd Ave South in Tukwila, where they found the victim, unconscious and suffering from stab wounds.

She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where she was pronounced dead.

The 17-year-old male suspect, who also lived at the apartment, was booked into King County Youth Services Jail and charged with Murder.

No motive for the crime has been uncovered, and the identity of the victim has not yet been released.

However, we’ve been told that the victim attended Burien’s Highline High School, and a vigil was planned there for 8 p.m. Sunday night (March 18).
