“All you need in life is truth and beauty and you can find both at the Public Library”

Did you know?
Working on a document on a library computer you need to continue later? Consider saving your work to the ‘Cloud’! The ‘Cloud’ refers to saving files long-term or using software on the Internet (the current system of saving to the ‘P’ drive will be discontinued in the near future so NOW is an excellent time to begin using ‘Cloud’ services such as Google Docs or Windows Live SkyDrive for free long-term online storage).
Visit http://www.kcls.org/usingthelibrary/computers_internet/saving_cloud.cfm for more details.

This is a sweet, tragic, funny, and finally uplifting story that anyone who owns a dog will love.
Enzo, a lab-terrier mix, is the constant companion and support for aspiring race car driver Denny Swift. Denny’s life if not easy, his marriage to Eve is solid and they have a daughter named Zoe.
However, Eve’s family does not support or approve of Denny’s racing dreams and when Eve gets sick Denny’s lack of resources and his self doubt put him at the family’s mercy especially when it comes to Zoe.
Throughout the struggle and Eve’s illness Enzo is there for Denny and Zoe. Enzo’s point of view provides insightful observations and sometimes comic relief from our all too ‘human’ problems and drama.
Until next time…see you in the stacks!
