BTB Advertiser and Friends of the Blog The Tin Theater’s FREE monthly Wine Tasting Event will be this Thursday, April 19, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Wine Tastings are a regular feature at The Tin Theater, and are held the third Thursday of every month.
This month they’ll be offering up free wines from Owen Roe Winery, where wines are typically “…racked only once after malolactic fermentation” (whatever that means…); here’s more from their website:
At Owen Roe we are committed to practicing the highest standards of winemaking. Since our first vintage in 1999, our goal has been simple: to produce beautiful wines from superior sites in the Pacific Northwest, a place where the fruit ripens slowly and fully, resulting in excellent acidity and balance.
All of our grapes are hand harvested, handled with minimal processing, small-lot fermented, and aged in French Oak barrels. Typically they are racked only once after malolactic fermentation.
We employ as natural practices as possible in the vineyards.
The Tin Theater is located at 923 SW 152nd Street, just west of the Tin Room Bar.
