If you haven’t already, be sure to set out some non-perishable food donations at your mailbox for the National Association of Letter Carrier’s ‘Stamp Out Hunger’ food drive, which takes place today (Saturday, May 12).

Known as the “nation’s largest single-day food drive,” this is an easy way to donate food and help your hungry neighbors, and we here at The B-Town Blog encourage all our Readers to participate (we do…).

All donations will go to local food banks.

We managed to find one young resident doing her duty this morning in Burien’s Three Tree Point neighborhood:

More info on the food drive is available here.
