JOB: Law Office Seeking Personal Injury Paralegal, Fluent in Spanish

Bishop Law Offices, P.S., an established plaintiffs personal injury law practice, has an immediate need for a personal injury paralegal fluent in Spanish.

The person selected for the position will provide attorney support and be responsible for cases in pre-litigation and litigation status. Duties include:

  • Direct contact with clients, court personnel, attorneys and other legal & healthcare professionals
  • Draft correspondence, memoranda, discovery and pleadings
  • Calendar and track all discovery and other deadlines
  • Obtain, review, and summarize medical records
  • Schedule and track depositions
  • Assist with mediation and trial preparation
  • Organize pleadings and discovery material
  • Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits

Skills and Qualifications needed:

  • 2 years minimum PI experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Litigation experience
  • Knowledge of Federal and State court rules
  • Proficient in Court filings including e-filing
  • Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree
  • Current Washington state driver’s license and clean driving record
