Thanks to all the Tipsters who informed us of this (our email is editor@b-townblog.com) – a major police turnout is underway near the intersection of 1st Ave South and SW 120 – 128th in Burien Friday afternoon.
One tipster witnessed the chopper overhead near SW 122nd and 4th Ave South, so police activity appears to be in a widespread area.
“Not sure whats going on – lots of police, sirens, loud speaker yelling….and now the helicopter has joined in!” said another.
According to a spokesperson at the King County Sheriff’s Office, it’s all due to a domestic violence call.
Police are looking for a suspect, and KCSO’s Guardian One chopper is in the air.
The incident started around 11:45 a.m., and was still underway as of 12:32 p.m.
We recommend avoiding the area.
As we learn more details, we’ll update this post.

Is there an update???
