The King County Prosecutor’s Office is reporting that Erlin Garcia-Reyes, 28, changed his plea to ‘Guilty’ Tuesday afternoon (July 17) for the felony hit and run death of cyclist Michael Wang on July 28, 2011 in Seattle.

Garcia-Reyes, of Normandy Park, will be sentenced Aug. 10 at 1 p.m. at the King County Courthouse.

The sentence range for felony hit and run is 31 to 41 months in prison.

Prosecutors said they will recommend a sentence of 41 months.
