A male cab driver is dead after a shooting in Burien late Tuesday afternoon, the King County Sheriff’s Office reported.

The incident happened in the 14000 block of 8th Avenue South (map below).

Police say that a man driving a taxi had just dropped off a 14-year old girl at her Burien home when another man approached and shot him multiple times in the chest.

According to police, the shooting suspect was the girl’s father. The shooter apparently turned himself in at the Burien Police Department shortly after the shooting.

Deputies say that two people are in custody, including the shooter, and another person who was in the shooter’s car when he turned himself in.

King County Sheriff deputies are continuing to investigate.

What the hell are you talking about girl ? If the Victim ( Beeta ) was your parents,s best friend then why did your mentally sick father murdered him ? What is going to happen with his wife and three young kids ? My heart goes out to the family. His old parents does not know that their son is dead and they just left New Delhi airport. Only thing they know that their son had an accident and he is in the hospital.

Someone sounds angry at a well-wisher. He offered condolences to you, as you are a friend (like family) of the victim. He expressed that if you were his daughter, he would be very grateful to anyone who brought you home safely. The things he’s saying are kind-hearted. Of course he doesn’t have a clue, but it doesn’t make him any less, because he is simply offering condolences and good thoughts. When you insult or try to embarass people who wish you well, it does make you less.

I think we have to respect the family and friends of the victim and not guess what happened or what provoked the attack. Lets wait for the facts to come out.
