This past Saturday (September 8) was the date for Burien’s annual Arts-A-Glow celebration at Dottie Harper Park.

Featuring live music, lots of illuminated artwork and a lantern procession led by the VamoLá Drum & Dance Ensemble this beautiful event lit up the night on a beautiful summer evening.

BTB’s Michael Brunk was at the event and shot the following photo gallery. You can click individual images to view them larger.

I brought my entire family to this thinking it would be like last year. Instead, there was 1 food truck, 3 tables, a 4 person “parade” and 600 pounds of complete lameness. I was embarrased.

    WTF happened this year?
