The Highline School District’s annual ‘Life After High School’ college fair is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, Oct. 3 from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Mt. Rainier High School’s gym in Des Moines.

Mt. Rainier High is located at 22450 19th Ave South in Des Moines.

Here’s the schedule:

  • 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: 100 College & Career Booths!
    Middle School Scavenger Hunt (5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.)
  • 6:00 p.m.: Workshops
    Financial Aid: FAFSA, Scholarships, and Grants
    College Essay
    Middle School: Getting Ready for College (6:15 p.m.)
  • 7:00 p.m.: Workshops
    College Students Panel
    Making College More Affordable for Families (K-12th grade)
    You signed up for the College Bound Scholarship – now what do you need to do to get it?
    College Essay (repeat of 6:00 p.m. session)
