Grand Opening for New Futures’ New Community Center is Tuesday

New Futures will be holding a grand opening of its new community center at the Woodridge Park Apartment complex this coming Tuesday, Oct. 16, from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.

” New Futures and King County Housing Authority invite you to join Dr. Susan Enfield, Superintendent for Highline Schools, Burien Mayor Brian Bennett and other special guests to celebrate and tour the brand new community center and home for New Futures’ kids, families and community at Woodridge Park,” reads an announcement.

The new facility includes room for classes and larger gatherings, and a kitchen.

It will serve kids, families and the community at Woodridge Park Apartments, located at 12424 28th Ave. South.
