Late Friday evening someone pulled into my driveway on 6th Ave S., and I didn’t think anything of it.
Saturday morning when I picked up my paper off the lawn, I discovered that a hanging basket off a shephard’s crook in the lawn and the fuchsia (with its stand) on my front porch were gone.
Although the total value was probably around $100, I called the Burien Police / King Co. Sheriff’s Dept to place a report. Not that they could do anything, but at least it’ll show up as some crime statistic.
So if anyone has received my plants, I hope you like them, but I’d like them back.
And pox on the idiot that gave them to you!

I think this is awful! My cement Virgin Mary statue was stolen from my front flower bed not too long ago. It was directly under my living room window. I reported it too. I’m on 8th Ave. S. What nerve!
