Through the end of the year, local non-profit WestSide Baby is seeking donations at their new drop-off at the Burien Community Center to help better the lives of over 4,000 area children.

“All kids deserve the joy of being safe, warm and dry,” reads an announcement. “Yet many families, especially around the holiday season, are forced to choose between purchasing basic necessities for their kids and allocating limited funds toward other needs such as food or rent. In fact, did you know 33% of U.S. families struggle to adequately cover their babies with clean diapers to prevent diaper rash and disease?”

This fundraiser is being called ‘The Burien 4,000 Bundles of Joy Challenge.’
