The Highline Schools Foundation has opened the nominating process for its annual Gold Star Awards, meant to honor Highline Public Schools’ best and brightest teachers, volunteers, alumni, staff, and administrators.

Awards will be given out at the big Gold Star Awards BASH on Friday, April 19, with winners announced March 21.

The Foundation relies on the entire community to bring forward the names of those to be considered for these awards through the Gold Star Award Nomination process.

Nominations are now being accepted online at www.highlineschoolsfoundation.org [1] — with the deadline to nominate being Wednesday, March 6, 2013.

“Please send in your nominations, and encourage your friends and neighbors to do the same!” said Ashley Fosberg, Executive Director. “Thank you for your support of the Highline Schools Foundation and Happy New Year!”
