Hi Linda,
Try contacting the local grooming shops to see if they might know who this lost sole is? Also he can be taken to Burien Vet for a chip scan. Hope he finds his home soon.
Good thoughts, Joe! Also, if this poor young doggie is wearing a collar with a rabies tag, if you take him to the vet who did his rabies vaccination, the vet will have the owner’s name and phone number on file. (I realize he probably isn’t wearing a collar, etc., but I thought the information might be useful to others who find lost dogs.)
Very interesting! We had a Jack Russell mix show up on our doorstep in mid December. He had no collar though and we took him to the vet and he has no chip. Have you tried that yet? He is still with us and I suspect he will become a member of our family, certainly so if my grandson has his way!
) Have you checked with CARES?
