This appears to be anything but a Rambler, it even says main floor Lower floor. Looks like a daylight basement two story to me Just sayin

  2. km says:

Annual taxes are only $798 a year? I’m being robbed!

  3. elizabeth2 says:

km- probably not robbed. I am guessing that the owner is a senior citizen receiving a reduced tax rate due to income.

The regular value of this house for tax purposes is $409,000 but the value being taxed is $245,000.

Many counties offer a reduction for senior citizens on fixed incomes.
