On Monday night (April 1), Olde Burien was taken over by a crashed UFO, aliens and assorted Men and Women in Black for the first-ever ‘UFO Crash and Flash Mob’ April Fool’s event.

At least 300 people packed a closed-off SW 152nd to enjoy live music, various Flash Mob dances, see Ciscoe emerge from a flying saucer, a helicopter hover overhead, spotlights light the sky, costume contest, photo booth and more.

Revelers also commemorated the upcoming production of “The Maury Island Incident,” a short film based on a nearby, historic 1947 UFO sighting, to be shot locally starting in June.

Photographer Michael Brunk was there (as a human Photographer), and he captured these photos (click images to see larger versions/slideshow):

  1. That looks like some kind of wild party, too bad I missed it. But for anyone interested in a real breakthough UFO discovery I’ve got just the ticket for you. On July 1 1990 while hiking with 2 friends in the backwoods of San Diego Ca. I accidentally photographed 10 daylight UFOs that I successfully linked to other UFO photos as well as countless ancient artifacts and the Nazca Lines in Peru. This epic event has won front page coverage in every newspaper in town and a 2006 CBS Special. The LA Times broke the story and labeled the evidence on my humble non-profit website and YouTube video “UNSETTLING” Its worth an investigation. Just Google my name “Mike Orrell” or “Inaja UFO Photo” Cheers
