Mobile Mammogram coming to Burien Community Center Friday, Aug. 30
The Burien Community Center on Friday, Aug. 30 will host a Mobile Mammogram Screening Event from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Open to women 40 years and older, Swedish Hospital will provide the services in their mobile mammogram coach.
Medicare, Medicaid and most Insurances will be accepted.
If you are un-insured you may qualify for a free mammogram through King County’s Breast, Cervical and Colon Health program, call for eligibility criteria. Take advantage of this convenient screening service. Free transportation and interpreters provided if necessary.
As a special incentive, all women who get their mammogram performed on the coach will receive a gift bag and be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card to Safeway. If you refer a friend your chances in the drawing will be doubled.
