WABI Burien, known for its popular, monthly ‘Walk-n-Talks‘ and new Bike Rack program, has announced that it will be kicking (or walking) off a new ‘Weekday Walkers’ event on Wednesday, Aug. 21 at Seahurst Park Beach.

“Joining the popular WABI Walk-n-Talk once a month on a Sunday wasn’t enough for new WABI Walker, Laura Kennedy Gould, so she suggested starting a weekday walking group,” reads an announcement. “So, in a burst of alliteration, WABI is pleased to launch its new recurring event: WABI Weekday Walkers walk (…wait for it…) on Wednesdays!”

Specifically, we’ll walk on the third Wednesday of the month for now. If there is interest and people are willing to lead walks, we hope to walk every Wednesday.
