CCsLoungeLongtime Burien restaurant and bar CC’s Lounge (formerly the Breaktime Lounge) is up for sale, with an asking price of $250,000, according to a listing by Prudential Northwest Realty.

As we first reported, CC’s, located in downtown Burien at 635 SW 152nd Street, opened on May 4, 2010.

It has been run by entertainer Corinne Clark (C.C.) Engel and her husband Jacques, who bought it to fulfill their “dream” of owning a bar that plays live music.

“Well established turn key business in the heart of Burien,” reads the listing. “Restaurant and bar. Music 7days a week for dancing. Inventory and supplies will be audited prior to closing. Some leased equipment.”

“This has been listed since November,” Engel told The B-Town Blog. “It just seem to show up as new because the Realtor changed companies.”

Engel added:

“Every good business owner has a price in their head of what they would sell for and this listings just keeps that open. We still have two years on the lease and we don’t want to wait till the last minute.

“CC’s is still alive and well and working. Hope everyone will come in and see us.”

Sorry to hear about this. It’s a fun place with great food, moderate prices and music for adults. Also, it’s fun to watch the dancers and the folks sitting around the piano bar.
