I don’t understand why it is so hard for people to follow the law when driving. There are speed limit signs for a reason. Kids are still out on summer vacation, not to mention, a lot of small animals (cats and dogs alike) are always wandering around. PAY ATTENTION AND DON’T DRIVE LIKE AN ASS. I go on walks almost daily, and there is almost always some jerk in a loud, decked out car driving like they’re in The Fast and The Furious. If you want to speed or drag race, go to a speedway for that. Just because you want to be/act cool, don’t put others at risk. Be mindful of your neighbors and their families! If for any reason, you DO hit something (be it a person, a pet, another vehicle, etc), take responsibility and stay there until it is taken care of. Only a coward runs. I hope this poor boy is ok, and doesn’t have any lasting effects from his injuries.

yeah I wish someone would come with a law to get rid of the annoying exhaust system some these cars have that do nothing for the car’s performace but just make noise
it is funny to hear one of them blowing there engine every couple of months thow but other than it just stupid and they need to slow down and stop ponding the gas at ever stop sign we don’t need to here your car from a block away and if your pulling in a drive way or parking lot TURN DOWN YOUR DAM BASS/MUSIC
