PHOTO: Ribbon cut for new Westwood Ridge development in Burien Tuesday
Tuesday morning (Aug. 27), a group of our good friends from Real Estate Sponsor Prudential Northwest Realty gathered to cut the ribbon to celebrate their new Westwood Ridge development, being built on a bluff in south Burien on 4th Ave South near 187th.
On hand wielding a pair of dangerous, giant working scissors was Stuart Steadman, joined by Lori Alden and several other PNW folks (click image to see larger version):
“Westwood Ridge in Burien offers the perfect setting for the active, modern Northwest lifestyle,” reads an announcement. “Offering privacy, beauty, and luxury of an established neighborhood with convenient access to the amenities, services, and activities of a major metropolitan area — just 10 minutes from downtown Seattle. Westwood Ridge homes are set on large, level lots with generous back yards. Floor plans are modern and spacious with a concentration on leisure lofts, home management spaces, great room concepts, and outdoor living areas. Offering choices on premium designer finishes and built with optimal efficiency for homeowners.”
Built by DeNova Northwest, a private family-owned builder dedicated to helping build more sustainable communities through innovative design and quality.
