REMINDER: El Dorado West Grand Opening with Sounders Coach Sigi Schmid is Thursday

REMINDER: Soccer fanatics, families, parents, grandparents and community members of all ages are invited to join Seattle Sounders FC Head Coach Sigi Schmid and Village Concepts as the El Dorado West community opens the doors of its brand new building tomorrow – Thursday, Sept. 12 from 4 – 7 p.m.

Coach Sigi brings insight as a leader in the community to the event, which includes opening remarks, refreshments, appetizers, autographs and giveaways including four tickets to an upcoming Seattle Sounders game in the Coach’s Box.

The new $14 million El Dorado West building is a 95,000 square foot facility with 102 residences and onsite amenities and services, including a recreational activity center, wellness center, industry-leading physical therapy program, beauty parlor and more.

The architect for the project is Charles Morgan and Associates from Everett, Wash., Exxel Pacific from Seattle is the general contractor and Simple Simpatico from Federal Way, Wash. is the designer. Construction on phase two is scheduled to be completed in August 2014.

El Dorado West’s Grand Opening is on Thursday, Sept. 12 from 4 to 7 p.m. and is open to the public.

El Dorado West will provide a shuttle from the parking lot of St. Bernadette Parish 1028 SW 128th St in Seattle (just a few blocks from El Dorado West) from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Call 206/248-1975 for more info.
