Help save Evergreen Pool by taking swimming lessons

Our friends at Evergreen Pool could close if the community doesn’t start using it, and they’re encouraging residents to help by taking swimming lessons!

This local non-profit indoor aquatic center offers great swim lessons at competitive prices, lap swimming and public swim. Please check out their website at www.evergreenpool.org for more information.

And here’s a special offer:

  • If you sign up for swim lessons starting Jan. 6, the registered swimmer and an 1 ADULT may attend any of public swim sessions in January for FREE!
  • Please check out www.evergreenpool.org or swing on by.

“Let’s come together to save this valuable community resource!”

Evergreen Pool is located at 606 SW 116th Street; 206-588-2297.

    Julie,
Do you know how close we are to saving the pool? I hope the community realizes that
if this pool closes, the impact on the community will be huge including a few school swim teams will be left with nowhere to practice which pretty much means you can kiss that sport goodbye for schools like Evergreen, Highline and Tyee..
