Burien’s annual Daddy & Daughter Valentine’s Ball will be held in two sessions this Saturday, Feb. 8 at the Community Center, located at 14700 6th Ave SW.
The two sessions are:
5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.– SOLD OUT!- 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. – TICKETS GOING FAST!
Cost is $35, or $30 with Burien Resident Discount; each additional daughter is $6.

I find it very frustrating that the City of Burien still limits a Valentine’s Day dance to fathers and daughters. Why exclude mothers and sons from participating in the event? It should be a family event.
