SilverSounds’ Spring Concert “Those Were the Days” will be held on Sunday, March 30 at the Highline Performing Arts Center.
SilverSounds Northwest remembers the music of its youth with a class reunion theme that includes singing, dancing, clever narration and costuming. This foot-stompin’ great time includes hits like Unchained Melody, Moon River, Good Vibrations and Hair! SilverSounds is a group of retired folks who believe “You’re never too old to rock ‘n roll” and under the direction of Paula Hawkins they delight audiences of all ages. The talented ensemble combines energetic singing with clever staging and choreography to create a fun-filled show.

SilverSounds Northwest, a Burien-based chorus of 40 men and women, has developed a loyal and growing following with family-friendly shows that offer much more than the usual “choral concert.” SilverSounds Northwest was founded in 2011 and is part of Northwest Associated Arts, which includes ChoralSounds Northwest KidSounds Northwest, YouthSounds Northwest, and TeenSounds Northwest.
