Little League Tournament of Champions is this weekend in Normandy Park
Here’s a terrific chance to treat yourself to some exciting local baseball action this weekend.
The 2014 District 7 Tournament of Champions, involving over a dozen Little League baseball teams, takes place this weekend at the Normandy Park City Hall baseball fields (address below).
Just think. No cover charge, no traffic hassles, free parking, great people and the best darn grilled hot dogs around!
“We encourage everyone to come on down and cheer on these guys,” said Nichole Eaton, who serves as Safety Officer and Treasurer of South Highline National Little League, official hosts of the Tournament of Champions this year. “What a great way to celebrate Little League’s 75th anniversary!”
Nichole’s husband, Tim, has coached Little League for a long time (but not quite seventy-five years). Tim and Nichole Eaton are proprietors of Hi-Line Auto Electric, advertisers on The B-Town Blog.
