White Center Jubilee Days starts with Carnival & Fireworks this Wednesday

White Center Jubilee Days – which starts with a Carnival and Fireworks this Wednesday, July 16 – will offer up a big bang fireworks show, live and loud music on the main stage, hilarious and amazing acts on the family stage, a kids center with enormous fun for all ages, the best car show you’ll see this summer, a Space Elevator Race and a great big parade.

Here are the event details:

CARNIVAL: Wednesday afternoon, July 16, at Steve Cox Memorial Park

FIREWORKS: Wednesday, July 16, Dusk at Steve Cox Memorial Park

CAR SHOW: Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m.

PARADE: Saturday, July 19, at 2:30 p.m.; starting at SW 112th St, Heading North on 16th Street, to SW 100th

SPACE ELEVATOR RACE: Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20

STREET FAIR: From Saturday, July 19 from 10 a,m. – 11 p.m., and Sunday July 20, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on 17th Ave SW Between SW Roxbury and SW 100th St.

White Center Jubilee Days President Peter J. Mort acknowledges the sponsors:
